Made from 100% cotton terry, this hoodie features a relaxed, loose fit designed for everyday comfort. Finished with a front patch pocket and white puff print graphics that add texture and dimension. Soft, breathable, and easy to style on its own or as a set.

1) Return & exchange window
You may return or request an exchange within 7 working days from the day your order is delivered.
Working days in Saudi Arabia are Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays).
2) Eligibility criteria (clothing)
To be approved, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags/labels attached.
- In original packaging (brand polybag/box) and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other marks.
- Returned with any accessories that came with the item.
Not eligible (unless defective or not as described)
- Underwear/lingerie, swimwear once the hygiene seal is removed, and similar hygiene-sensitive items.
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Customized/altered items.
3) Exchanges (size/color)
- Request an exchange within 7 working days; exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead (see Section 5).
4) How to start a return or exchange
- Email HELLO@REALSELFSTORE.COM with your order number, item(s), and reason (return or size/color exchange).
- You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
- Pack the item securely; include all tags and packaging.
- Hand over to our designated courier or ship to the KSA return address provided in your RMA.
Keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed.
5) Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 working days (bank/issuer timelines may vary).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.
6) Return shipping fees
- Change-of-mind / size exchanges: customer pays return shipping.
- Wrong/defective item: realselfstore covers return shipping.
7) Defective, damaged, or wrong item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at HELLO@REALSELFSTORE.COM with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize a free exchange or full refund (including shipping).
8) Order cancellations
- If your order hasn’t shipped, email us to cancel for a full refund.
- If it has shipped, please refuse delivery or submit a standard return after delivery.
9) Multiple returns / abuse
We monitor high return rates and may limit service to prevent abuse (e.g., repeated worn/used returns).
